Trinity Staffing and Career Resources, LLC was birthed out of wanting to show the love of God to people who are in a job transition and to provide them with career opportunities. People that are in a job transition should not be treated as a number, a commodity by recruiters. We treat them with respect and show them love. Employers are seeking to find phenomenal people. We at Trinity Staffing and Career Resources, LLC, are dedicated to delivering a win-win phenomenal experience for our clients and professionals.
Donna founded Trinity Staffing and Career Resources, LLC in August 2018 after having a 25 year corporate career in the insurance industry. While doing her volunteer work in 2017 at Berean Christian Church Gwinnett Donna developed the strategy and led the execution of the establishment of a career ministry to help individuals with the essential tools needed to navigate today’s job market. Donna helped organize seven career fairs to reach over 1000 individuals. The fifth career fair was in partnership with Gwinnett County Government.
