When can I start work?

On a daily basis job availability changes. Once the application process is complete then you will be considered based on your preferences and your skills. After this process appropriate positions will be offered to you.

What is involved in our application process?

  • State shift preferences.

During the interview our staffing manager will discuss what vocational skills you have and what you are looking for in your next position. We also discuss your experiences in job-related settings. Based on your skills and professional background, you may be asked to do some other computer testing to determine your skill levels. Trinity Staffing and Career Resources, LLC does reference checks with previous employers, other references provided by applicant, and we do a comprehensive background check. It is very important that we check your references and do a comprehensive background check.

What if I am not interested in a particular position when it is offered? Is it ok to decline?

You are free to decline any position. We want you to be happy. We will continue to offer positions to you that match your skills and your preferences.

What if you are on an assignment and you then decide that it is not a good fit for you?
